I intend to focus on employment retention initiatives to ensure continuity and consistency throughout the courthouse, promoting happy and productive employees.

Court document accuracy is essential to ensuring each case is fair and handled with the upmost care and attention to detail.

The relationships that court clerks and other courthouse staff have with external agencies is vital to the swift and accurate case management, and I intend to do all that I can to strengthen those relationships.

Citizens depend on courthouse staff, not only to handle their cases with accuracy, but also handle them swiftly.  It is my goal to promote well-planned processes and identify bottlenecks and other areas of improvement to improve case management efficiency.
